 Welcome to Fur Face Friday. In case you're new here, favorites are chosen by one of the Snout Selectors (facw, k2b, Hannibal, and Best Coast), entirely on our own whimsy. WHIMSY! However, in the interest of solidarity, we try to select one dog picture and one cat picture (minimum!) each week. Other pets will also, of course, be considered. I see the attempted coup, and I am thwarting it, k2b!

I met my friends for lunch at a dim sum restaurant in Chinatown, and it was very tasty. The fellow that I haven't seen for awhile had taken a pain pill to get to sleep last night, and didn't wake up until noon; we were supposed to meet at 11:30. He was able to get to the restaurant shortly after 1:00, so everything worked out just fine.
