Not a hallucination, not just Halloween, we're not just behind on some of the chores, prices aren't skyrocketing out of nowhere (the supply chain is really broken, and between that and the corrupt obstruction of DeJoy, people should be doing their holiday lists now if they want their families / peoples to get their things by sometime in March).
Lots of stuff is broken, and I wish it were as easy as ousting Pharma Yacht Man and the Flowered Upholstery-Wearing Corporate Shill (whose prior background maybe somebody should've looked into a little more closely when the national party was so convinced Amy McGrath was going to do better at beating Mitch McTreason than Charles Booker that they gave McGrath $4M to Charles' $1M?).
I did find out, though, that the term of the USPS Board Chairman dude, who even though he has a nominal D next to his name was appointed by Orange, will expire on Dec 8. That means POTUS Joe can nominate someone to take his place and if someone can tuck Hawley/Cruz/Cotton and the rest of the NeoFascist League away for the time it takes for his Senate confirmation to get through, we might actually get Christmas and Hanukkah.
And maybe a new Jane Bond ...?
