Thursday Morning Open Thread

 

Today in 1644, the Pilgrims reported seeing a UFO over Boston Harbor. Governor John Winthrop has several stories in his diary of lights in the sky, unexplained voices, and people being transported miles away.

Of course it could all be a cover story to explain away some late night boozing and partying.  Can’t have the whole town walking around with those scarlet letters.
