Monday Night Is Best – Feb 5

Everyone can name the Feb Four, but nobody seems to agree who the mythical 5th Beatle was. Billy Preston? George Martin? Surely not racist halfwit and vaccine skeptic Clapton. Recently listened to Pete Best on drums. Mediocre. Ringo was clearly better than Best. Ringo is a pro.

Were the rest of them any good back then? Well... I'm not a fan of their early music and therefore not a good judge. Abbey Road is the only Beatles album I love, other than "Octopus's Garden," which almost ruins it. Sung by Ringo, of course.

Probably my favorite Macca song, off the "White Album", is a love song to his Old English Sheepdog and almost always cheers me up:
