birbs, boat and bench!
A guy asked why I was taking pictures of the rainbow. I said, "Because I have a camera and there's a rainbow."
Fixed up an old rotting bench for a friend. Documenting the fixxoring was an after thought so not as many pics as I'd want there to be.
Primed and painted all the stupid heavy cast iron pieces and used pressure treated wood for the slats and all stainless steel hardware. This should outlast me.
The top curvy piece was tricky because all I had was an old beatup jigsaw, but I'm really happy with how it came out. Have to let the pressure treated weather for a few months and then I'll stain that and it'll be all done.
Last thing was to make a new bracing strap that runs down the middle since the old one had rusted away. Used stainless steel for that as well and epoxied all the screws so it should be going nowhere.
