 It’s your weekly Photo Gallery! Come on in, take a look at what people have been up to over the past week and share some of your own photos.

They don’t need to be taken with a fancy camera or works of art. Share any SFW photos you’ve taken with even the poorest of potatoes. Of course we love to see that arty stuff too.

Some of my pics from nephers visit. 

His parents had gotten free tickets to the Philadelphia Union soccer game so we went to that the first day. 

Next day we went to swim at a lake and found someone had started a big hole and channel. They presumably gave up when they realized the angle of the beach would mean that the channel would need to be almost two feet deep by the time it got to the hole. 

Nephers was determined though and started digging.  At first I thought this isn't a good idea. Beach peeps might not appreciate the canyon he's about to dig. But then I decided to help instead. I did the structure at first and then helped on the grand canyon. 

Thought this was a good learning experience too. He figured out himself to let the water help loosen the sand to make it easier to dig, but I had to explain to him why the hole didn't fill to the top with water. 

We had the beach to ourselves until just when we were getting ready to leave. A family with two little girls showed up and I said to nephers, "That toddler is going to beeline for the castle." 

We sat in our chairs as the mom put swimmies on her little one. She held her hand as they made their way towards the water when it caught her eye. Nephers watched in horror as the little tyke pulled her mom along and proceeded to stomp all over it and kick sand into the hole. I absolutely lost it and was cracking up. 😂

Went to a fair later in the day. Looked like it was going to storm like crazy but it never happened. 

We did meet the Grand Champion tho! 

Was a great visit but then back to normal for me. Which meant another(and hopefully last) trip to the laundromat. Should be finally getting my washing machine fixed this monday. 

Laundromats are weird places. Some little kid offered me a handful of skittles. I declined.
