I have no idea what I'm doing today; how about everybody else?
It looks like my neighbour has finally sold her house, and is taking a hit, financially, but the market is completely drying up. The buyer is a young woman who fell in love with the street years ago and really wants to live here. I just hope she's pleasant, quiet, with an understanding of boundaries and cleans up after her dog, if she has one.
