On a day when I was reminded that I'd almost forgotten to be hypervigilant around UHauls - 

here are two ways of "be present, use your senses" that have the potential to be "use your senses" shields we can use on what's shaping up to be an otherwise insane Monday during an insane week 

I just need people to listen to this all the way through because it discusses not only people who keep providing the country with a solution but the country doesn't seem to want to take it
