My dog trainer is going to be talking to my next door neighbour about the new dog today. I suspect there will be tears when we walk the dogs this evening. :(

It's very warm here; 21 C (72 F,I think), and sunny and windy, so the heat is off, and I've got all the windows open, front and back, with a wonderful breeze going through the house.

It's supposed to rain all day and then some; we have an extreme weather alert on the weather apps, and there is a risk of flooding. Fortunately, I don't have to go anywhere today.
