It looks like the neighbourhood issue is finally winding down after 2 1/2 years of fighting; we have won a small victory, but it's something. After compromising heavily, we gained a few feet; not as much as we wanted, but it's not nothing either. And any proposed new builds on the other side of the street will also have to contend with safety rules from the electricity company and their infrastructure, which could actually put the kibosh on any development, without us having to do anything.
We're finally forecasted to get some snow here. Not looking forward to cleaning things out, but man do we need some snow melt to help with the drought conditions.
We're supposed to get a big snowstorm today, and since I have everything I need for at least a couple of days, I'm not inclined to go anywhere.
How about everybody else?
