 I think we need to add most of these to BalkTalk Village, and we need to locate BalkTalk Village high in the mountains and on the shores of a lake, and an ocean, in the middle of a forest.

 Here's a possible addition to BalkTalk Village, from Boing boing. It's a double geodesic dome which isn't very attractive from the outside, but has some intriguing interior features.

 For a bit of a change of pace, how about these properties for BalkTalk Village? I figure we could buy a couple of villas in the countryside, or palazzos in Venice, share them out, and declare BalkTalk Village a sovereign Village within Italy. We could get private boats too, that can be docked in our private docks at canal level, if we settle in Venice.
