Happy Festival of Owls Week (which only seems to last the weekend?). Being the end of British Pie Week it seems appropriate to celebrate with a slice of Hoot Owl Pie. Frozen Food Day is also on the schedule and I'm off to pick up some goat meat to stick in the freezer. Other things to celebrate include Play Outside Day, Alamo Day, Day of the Dude, White Chocolate Cheesecake Day, Dress Day, Day of Unplugging and Oreo Cookie Day (evil).

Now that WandaVision is over what's the next big thing on the box? We are getting a new batch of Line of Duty in the UK in a couple of weeks. Disney + Star is dropping episodes of Hellstrom which isn't as enthralling, though I'm kind of curious about a gender-flipped version of one character and whether they will play out a key storyline from the comics?

Of course, Senor Scratchy got species-flipped and that reminded me of another adaptation. Remember when this chap used to be Wanda's dad? This is what you get for injecting yourself with mongoose blood.
