It's Garfield the Cat Day! Lasagna all round!
Tiddly does this thing where he jumps up at the kitchen window, splayed out like one of those Garfield toys. It remains an ambition to get a proper snap of him doing it. Those toys were everywhere until South Park came along. Jim Davis' strip started life in 1976 as Jon though by 1978 it had been renamed Garfield. Shades of Nancy and Blondie!
I have subbed Garfield back in the day, for the Mail on Sunday cartoon supplement, changing a reference to Stookey's to Little Chef which hopefully made more sense in the UK. That is my Garfield story.

Any idea what that dark line on the left might be? You can follow it down to the ground. It isn't a cable of any kind. I don't think it's a hair, or a bird? The camera is hand held and not a long exposure.
You know the drill!
