Do you trust online reviews? Do you look up things in Consumer Reports before making a decision? How important are checking ratings and reviews when you’re making a purchase? Do you research and delve into product history and background? Or do you fly by whimsy and just hope you made a good choice? Do you return items often if they don’t perform well or do you stick with your purchases even if they’re not quite what you’d hoped?
