This week’s topic: voicing your emotions
Do you like to talk out your feelings? Call a friend or parent or spouse to vent out the frustrations of the day? Or do you need some quiet alone time to cope with the happenings of your life? Do you have that friend that you can call anytime and talk for hours? Or would that be even more exhausting after dealing with the situation in the first place?
