It's been very, very wet today. Each time I've planned to leave the house and go for a walk it starts pouring... but on the plus side, nothing is on fire.

I've been thinking a lot about this because the province I'm living in right now bans many single use plastics, like shopping bags and cutlery. Before the pandemic, I was pretty diligent about having reusable bags and coffee cups, but early c19 protocols trashed those habits. I'm so used to having a stash of plastic bags to reuse for various things so it's a little adjustment.
It definitely isn't easy to avoid plastic, especially if you live in an area where big box stores are your only option!
