Especially, I think, on post-holiday-weekend Monday and especially when sometimes the environmental surround feels like this
I thought it was bad enough that when I finally did enough workouts to get the swelling down on the ankle, the inner psoas (or whatever that is at the top of the thigh that hurts in different places depending on how fast and wrong you sit down as well as whether or not you've been doing extra lower core work, like, at all) decided to tweak tweak till more time out to do ultrasound on it was required, not optional, in order to stay out of urgent care
Then on top of all that, about midnight Thanksgiving night my whole respiratory system was like "I'm not doing any more" and still / now, I sound like a dragon reached in and ripped out half my throat
What tweaks and pulls and yanks are we dealing with this race-through-the-holidaze season?
More and better -- what remedies do we have that will beat back the climate change algoweather, repetitive injuries, and white-hot nonsense?
