What’s your choice of exercise(s)? Are you dedicated to any on particular or do you try lots of different fitness routines? Do you exercise daily, a couple times a week, sporadically, never? Do you walk, run, lift weights, play sports, jump rope, do Pilates, do yoga, practice Tai Chi?
