made a thing.

I have a itty bitty Charlie Brown tree. Had too many ornaments and it fell over, so I decided to make a new tree.

One of these days I'll get myself a router so i can do fancy corners. Until then it's glue and screws. 

quickly made a little thing to grab the main dowel for drilling 

was pretty much done at this point but then decided to pretty it up with Danish oil. 

I still need to change those curtains...

I should've been happy here and left it be but then I decided to add some tinsel. It looks nice but I will NEVER be doing that again. (pulls tinsel from hair)

I was really happy with how the new tree came out, but started feeling bad about the idea of getting rid of 'ol Chuck's tree, so made space on top of the dresser for it. 

A friend gave me a little ceramic house and Star Wars thing so I put them up with it. 

Then had a nice clear night and went out to have a chat with the moon.
