Karloff! from Mario Bava's horror anthology Black Sabbath (I tre volti della paura). He narrates (in awful Italian overdub) the bookends and also takes the role of paterfamilias in the middle, and best, story of three – "I Wurdulak". Hilarious ending to the movie very similar to the end of 8 1/2 where the fourth wall is demolished. Incidentally both were released in 1963. Great fun.
