Busy week. Nephers will be coming to stay for a few days later this month and what will be the guest room was still loaded with boxes and random from my move-in over a year ago. :/

A little progress has been made. This is what I started with. 

Getting distracted by things I find

Emptied enough I can paint. 

Have to do some wall repair before the painting begins. Letting nephers choose the color and he thought it should be a brown or tan. Grabbed a few swatches and let him choose.  

He chose the fifth one down. I'd have gone a completely different route entirely.It can always be repainted so I'm happy with whatever he chooses. 

Up early and the sun was doing neat things through the windows. 

Found these at Aldi's. Not too bad but ain't even close to the real thing. 

A friend found these friendly demons at some country store and sent me this pic. I kind of want them, lol.
