Almost there. Happy Friday!
I had my chiro appointment, and I've been having an issue with the deltoid in my right arm; radiating pain if I try to bend it behind, like when I fasten a bra (ladies, you'll know the movement) or reach up to push back a curtain. She says that the problem is actually in the rotator cuff, which is pulling the deltoid, so she massaged that area so hard that I nearly threw up from the pain. I guess there's adhesions there. It feels a bit better, she says I should do pilates or weight training to strengthen the back muscles.
How about anybody else? Anybody else nearly throw up from pain?
And I have to submit my statement about the variances that the owner of the prospective laneway house is asking.
We're halfway to the weekend!
There was a tree climbing competition for arborists at the Niagara Botanical Garden. Being an arborist looks like a very cool, very demanding job. I'm definitely questioning my career choices. I think being in a tree, hopefully by myself, would be an ideal way to spend the work day.
How's it going, BT?
They don’t need to be taken with a fancy camera or works of art. Share any SFW photos you’ve taken with even the poorest of potatoes. Of course we love to see that arty stuff too.
Hello and welcome to Fur Face Friday, where we find the best of life in the fuzzier kind of thinking. Last week’s friends were cozy enough to squish. This week’s were – well, kinda scarce, but certainly engaged in the process. Like Simon’s Percy, who would like to have a word with us about not sharing the bounty of our fluffbuddies.

Today marks the twenty-fifth anniversary of the September 11th attacks. Like everything this year, it seems a bit off so I'm going to go with Four-Legged 9/11 Heroes and:
Also fuck this stupid, hateful, selfish administration and everyone who supports it. Maybe America isn't better than it but we should and can be.
I had lunch with my old work friend, and another friend, which was nice. My work friend and I stopped in at our old library to check in with them, and after a rocky couple of years, things seem to be settling down a bit, which was good news.
How was everybody else's day?
