Happy (I hope - or at least happy-ish) Sunday. I just got back from doing my grocery shopping so that's done. Probably head back to bed soon for a bit.

Although add another 50k for carpet removal followed by new flooring because I'm guessing you're not going to find wood floors under all that. I would love watching a series where they they redo this place. It's going to cost a fortune. I hope they keep that fireplace.
