Fur Face Friday! Slapdash Edition
Hello and welcome to Fur Face Friday, where we get carried away from the bleh with cuteness. Last week’s sweetie pies were in the place to B. This week they are having adventures. Like this daredevil squirrel making overtures to Best Coast:

Almost forgot to post this!
It's sunny here this morning, but supposed to rain later on, so I'm going to try and run any errands before then.
Remember when I was having my heat pump installed a few years ago, and the electric company or my bank lost nearly $700? Which I've never gotten back. This is so much worse; my next door neighbour is moving her mortgage from one bank to another to get a better rate, and they've lost it. They've lost 3/4 of a million dollars. She is royally pissed. Now, I'm sure it will be sorted out today (it better be), and they are insured, so she should get it back pretty quickly, but her lawyer has torn a strip off the people at the bank, who are now pissed off at the lawyer, so it's all a mess.
I hope everybody has a better day than she did yesterday!

Monday Evening OT
I found this weird, cute cookie jar in a consignment shop in Georgia. I picked it up for my daughter. She isn't particularly interested in dinosaurs but loves quirky decor and was very pleased. It's dated 1987. I see sellers on eBay asking upwards of $200 for them. I doubt they'll get that much, as I bought this one for $22. Maybe I just got lucky.
Has anyone else stumbled across anything cool lately?

The Photo Gallery
It’s your weekly Photo Gallery! Come on in, take a look at what people have been up to over the past week and share some of your own photos.
They don’t need to be taken with a fancy camera or works of art. Share any SFW photos you’ve taken with even the poorest of potatoes. Of course we love to see that arty stuff too.

It's still raining here, but it may be slowing down a bit, and it seems a bit brighter, but the forecast says rain until Saturday morning. We do need the rain ...
I went to my appointment this morning and did some shopping; nothing exciting, sadly. How about everyone else?

It's supposed to rain for the rest of the week, and I haven't gotten around to doing any gardening. Oh well; it's not like I don't have things to do inside.
What's it like everywhere else?

It's a long weekend here in Canada for Victoria Day, aka May TwoFour. Even the cows wanted a little time off. Or as the headline says, "Cows beef with Ontario drivers." Sorrynotsorry.
How's it going, BT?

Sunday dinner ⚾️T
It's opening day at Skunk Field, BT!
The big news is the home team signed Japan's women's team's greatest pitcher. There was pomp, there was circumstance, the Japanese consulate said some nice words, our mayor said some nice words, then threw the first pitch.
Then Maple Leafs baseball's newest pitcher struck out the first six batters over two innings. Not bad.
I'm zooming with my family for Mothers Day dinner but will drop in to chat later (while the other Leafs team are knocking the Panthers around ;)

Maybe not for all of you, but seems like most of us are dealing with another arctic air mass.
