Litman, law professor and one third of the brilliant (and I think award-winning
by this point) Strict Scrutiny podcast team (Professor Melissa Murray and
former White House counsel Kate Shaw are the other two), has written an amazing
book to help us all navigate the moment and the strictures of a lot of the most
powerful people who put us in it

I want to
shift and do a spring shoutout to all of those – all of us – who are doing the
long, hard, challenging, tedious, sometimes DUSTY work (that also engenders
serious decision fatigue) of weeding down and digging out the things we do still
very much need (and often were wondering where the hayull they had gotten to)
from underneath the piles of things we do not need that have to be shredded
and/or physically removed from the domicile
(and often
even when they are shredded one still has to take them to recycling)
NYAG James and a coalition of Attorneys General take the time to write a whole press release for those in the back who have not been paying attention why diversity is an excellent thing for more productive and globally competitive workplaces - since apparently those of us who already understand it have to do this now
