I hope you all had a restful night, and I wish you the strength to get through the day that lies ahead.
What are some of your favorite breakfast foods? Do you typically go for cereal, breakfast bar/shake, or eggs and bacon? Something else more creative? I honestly don’t like eating in the morning but I admit I was making myself feel ill by skipping it. So now I make myself eat something every morning.
