It's been a week so maybe start this morning with a few laughs.
We in 'Murica get to celebrate our Americanness this weekend by either getting drunk and blowing shit up or by getting drunk and hiding from the explosions.
I do have a family birthday party on Monday for my niece who was born early on the 5th. I was celebrating the year she was born by getting drunk in a friends back yard (no fireworks - just food and booze and people - maybe a fire pit) when I got a call from my brother asking if I could watch their dog that night. So I had to stop drinking and wait several hours to sober up so I could drive over to my brother's at like 3am and hang out with their dog.
And that is the story of Mo's birth.
