Thursday Morning Open Thread

 

So Today is kind of a big deal in the USA history wise.  First up Ford built their first Model T today back in 1906. But wait there is more.

 Jump ahead a little to 1930 and Clarence Birdseye is awarded a patent for his method on quick freezing food.

Now in 1951 IBM debut their first PC, the 5150.

This bad boy came with a 4.77MHz processor and 16K of RAM

So three major industries all owe a major debt to today.  Feel free to celebrate by driving to a store, buying a frozen dinner and eating it in front of your computer, or not.  Do what you want, it's your day and your Open Thread.
