The slate mine at Llechwedd is holding "Zipmas" which sounds kinky. But it includes an underground Santa's Grotto. Just next door to all the cheese I imagine. Pre-pandemic, a blue-haired young lady was excited at the prospect of becoming an elf in the grotto. Wonder if her wish came true?
Our town Christmas lights will be lit on the second and be followed by a laser-display themed around the Old Man. Probably because he wrote about lasers all the time.
