Let’s say I could wave a magic wand and improve your work life. Given the choice (and for the same pay) would you pick five shorter workdays or fewer workdays per week? Explain your answer. Have you ever worked three 12 hour shifts or four 10s? Did you like it better than the 9-5? What about shift work? Do you like or hate working weekends?
