While I was kayaking this week, I saw one of these guys swimming around on its ownsome. I didn't know this, but sometimes they get blown up this far north.
It was in shallow water over white sand, so I got a good look.The northern snakehead - an invasive species in North America - is star of not one, but multiple terrible horror movies including "Snakehead Terror" (2004), "Frankenfish" (2004), "Snakehead Swamp" (2014).
