Bunday evening 🥚T

 

I hope everyone is having a hoppy long weekend. 🐰 My first attempt at baking a flourless cake is in the oven. Looks a bit odd but smells really good. 

 

I didn't decorate any eggs this year, but if you were decorating the shells, flourless cake would be a good way to use the eggy insides. 

 

Speaking of eggs and egg laying creatures (segue) spare a thought for this kidnapped platypus. 

 Here's my favourite seasonal Rube Goldberg machine. I know I've shared it for previous Passovers, but it's nice to have holiday traditions.
