Ever had a really good piece of smoked cheddar, cause boy is it hard to go back to the American slices I grew up with after that. Although American cheese does work great in a grilled cheese or a cheese frenchie.
Quick question, any of you ever heard about a cheese frenchie (frenchee) kind of like a fried version of a grilled cheese. When done right amazing. When done not so right, so disappointing.
