Computers Gone Wrong and Grad Season on Parlez Vous Mondays

 

Ridiculous, clownish computer-go-wrongs

This is the third draft of something I started on my phone bc I didn't have any working computers in the vicinity; now I have at least one (unless this one spins out again) so I'm cobbling this together AGAIN

And  I WAS going to post the thread celebrating SQRL's girls as they kicked off our congratulatory season with their lauded plaudits but not even though I have a quasi-working computer of course I can't find it NOW.

So let's continue.

Grad season is also a season w/all the turmoil in the world, for reasoned protests that engage w/our leaders on policy differences while simultaneously recognizing their achievements (that happened this weekend when POTUS Joe received his honorary doctorate at Morehouse commencement - which we weren't sure was going to happen - while the valedictorian (of whom I'm proud for many reasons) used his platform and his eloquence to call for an immediate and total ceasefire in the current MidEast conflict in which the U.S. is involved).

But we'll get back to that AFTER we post 2 mass media pushbacks to the NFL dude whose "commencement speech" policy exhortation departures were such a complete comprehensive eyeroll that even the NFL (lol generally) had to distance themselves

So we want to celebrate all our extended family folks moving to a Next Phase, as well as our four-footed folks and the getting of folks' attention -- so please post your stories that still need to be heard, of  people that ought to be cheered, and issues on which we need stay loud, in comments
