Since,
as it’s been said, even if you’re currently in a union, there are unions to
thank for the 9-5 (no matter how much very wellpaid capitalists who are into
those stock buybacks try to take it back under rubrics like “we do whatever is
required” or “that’s the job”), the weekend, and the holidays we have (even
though not everyone has them AND so many of us spend the time doing the chores
we didn’t have time to get to during the so-called “workweek”)
