technology for sure but other things too
I'm hyperfocused on all the little niggles (shoulder, inner leg, ankle) that show up because one was "overtraining" but the trainer said "do not self-limit" because they know we have a tendency to be cautious but that's ... because every time we push ourselves we pull something or strain something, or worse? And then you have to take time out for recovery and then start all over again?
But I don't want to limit "the finish looks different than the start" to that or to music either
"What song has just a terrific start to it?"
We can certainly start (heh and / or sigh) with the music though
