Last week, Matt Trevelyan of Nidderdale, England, walked 53 miles in a homemade costume to raise awareness of the decline of the curlew, Europe's largest wading bird. It worked for me as I was previously unaware of this beautiful bird. Did you learn anything interesting today, Balkers?
