I'm going to Prince Edward County tomorrow, so today, I'll have to think about what to take; I want to keep it down to one small backpack, which will have to include dog food for about 3 days, and I'm taking a pair of rubber boots which I'm going to leave at my friends' place. I hate wet feet if it rains, and they help protect against ticks, but they are unwieldy to drag back and forth. And then there's the issue of outerwear; yesterday I went from sweating in just a t-shirt in the afternoon to wearing my winter coat and scarf to walk the dog.
