I think we ought to start celebrating Black History Month a week early because you know the frothers squatting in the WH are already mad
There is a new anthem out of Minneapolis which is cool beans - shades of the Dropkick Murphys - great video, has the lyrics so everyone can sing along
and I keep thinking that if enough people had listened to Nipsey Hussle and taken him seriously (his anthem in comments) that they could be working on something else right now
I think about how Riefenstahl's apparent successors keep trying to take over the culture even as they are manifestly inept at it
But it's times like this I'm glad to be something of an artist because there are ways and ways to show what the collective feeling is about all this and We The People have our hands on most of them, as it has gone for several centuries
no matter how much DARVO we've tried to warn and warn about from personal and corporate interactions is used so frequently by corrupted institutions that the special psy-ops guys from Armed Forces have had to speak out
So by all means please continue to share your street art, music, recipes -- all those creative things that are community care -- and learn all OUR songs
