Monday Evening OT

The cold and snow had me craving soup. Over the weekend I made a pot of mushroom and beef barley. I bought enough vegetables to make chicken noodle too but realized I may have overdone it so I cooked the vegetables and froze them. Now I have everything I need ready to thaw and toss together when I want it. I took mushroom soup to my daughter and beef barley to a neighbor, and I still had plenty left to enjoy. What are your favorite soups, Balkers? Do you count chili? Hot take - tomato soup is nasty.
